and so it begins – again

Posted on

Phew.  Our tenant is now really gone.  And as this is A Very Good Thing (let’s not even talk about the heating bill she managed to rack up on our behalf with her all inclusive rental deal – suffice it to say, we can no longer afford a used car), we will be overlooking the state she left it in and focus instead on how wonderful it is – or will be.  Yes, you will have to use your imagination.

So here we go…a quick tour, showing you exactly as she left it:

looking down at the entryway from the top of the stairs

bathroom - with non-functioning machine machine (no hook ups either)

front room - was her bedroom, soon to be living room - note 1st of 4, yes four, fridges

hallway, looking toward bathroom

further down the hallway

bedroom

bedroom (eventually) - note second fridge

doorway into the 'office'

the office

kitchen - pretty sure the stove won't be staying there...

more kitchen, showing 3rd fridge. those pillows have lions on them.

the pantry! and a 4th fridge!

And finally, just in case you thought it was all too fabulous,
the pièce de résistance…

What could possibly be under here? – you might ask…

Ta da!

Just. Wonderful.

Say it with me now: ‘We Love Renovating!’

Such a sunny upstairs. It will be great to see what you are going to do with it. Have you thought about paint colours yet?
